This project for Ever Teak Sdn Bhd focused on the design and fabrication of custom sofas for hotel and villa purposes in Malaysia. As a teak furniture manufacturer supporting Malaysia hospitality projects, PT. Kekal Jati Bersama was responsible for developing structurally durable sofa frames using solid teak wood combined with reinforced internal construction.
The main objective was to produce hospitality-grade sofas that meet long-term durability standards while maintaining refined aesthetics suitable for villa and hotel interiors. Each sofa frame was engineered for strength and load resistance, ensuring stability under high-frequency commercial use. High-density foam and reinforced upholstery support systems were integrated to enhance comfort without compromising structural integrity.
Production was carried out under strict workshop quality control, covering frame assembly precision, joint reinforcement, dimensional accuracy, and finishing consistency. Close coordination with the client ensured that design specifications, fabric selections, and final detailing aligned with the intended interior concept.
